At KMC-SHARP, we are committed to enhance Kolkata's urban infrastructure for a cleaner, healthier future. Under the guidance of our Hon'ble Chief Minister and with support from ADB and the Government of West Bengal, KMC-SHARP, the Project Management Unit of Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) have played a pivotal role in modernizing Kolkata's water supply, sewerage, and drainage systems.

Our phased approach improves service reliability, strengthens environmental sustainability, and boosts urban resilience.
